Top Golf is a state-of-the-art indoor/outdoor fully computerized golf facility including restaurants, bars, locker rooms, 84 tee boxes, and a separate teaching facility. The 15,000 SF, 2-level Club house/Pavilion consists of a full retail shop, 2 restaurants, 2 bars and outdoor seating areas on both floors. The 35,000 SF includes 2-level Radius Tee-Line with Club Level seating/play area for private functions. Additionally the project has a full-size driving range with 10 fully electronic “targets” ranging in size from 15’ to 60’ diameter.
