New ground up Rooms To Go store consisting of a large open sales room, offices, and storage warehouse. The facility was constructed of structural steel, masonry and had extensive high end interior finishes. The focal point of the construction is the yellow structural steel canopy at the front entrance of the building. Similar to many retail stores the front of the building is clad with the curtain wall to optimize natural light and sales. The interior construction of the store features separate staging areas to highlight various design options for their buyers. The entire showroom is open to deck and accent lighting is used in each featured room.
