Jason Hogue

President | Chief Operations Officer

Jason Hogue joined Teal in 2016 as a Project Manager and quickly established himself as a key leader within the organization. Through his tenure, he advanced from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager to Director of Operations for the Houston office, then to Vice President, and now serves as President & COO of the company. In his current role, Jason works closely with the Operations Team to ensure projects run smoothly while also contributing to preconstruction efforts and assisting with project bidding.

As President, Jason brings more than 18 years of experience in project management, operational efficiency, and strategic planning. His strong leadership and innovative problem-solving skills have played a significant role in driving the company’s continued growth and operational excellence. Jason has a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. His collaborative leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement have strengthened team performance and enhanced client satisfaction. Jason’s dedication to fostering a positive workplace culture and his ability to navigate challenges with resilience make him an invaluable leader for the organization.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on his children, Ava and Max, at their many sporting events. Jason and his wife, Stephanie, are active in their community and within Conroe ISD, where Stephanie serves as a teacher. Jason also enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and hunting. He currently serves on the Sam Houston State University Construction Advisory Board.
