Jennifer has spent the past decade serving Teal in key leadership roles, including Project Manager and Director of Marketing, and now leads the company’s commercial strategy as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. Throughout her tenure, she has played a pivotal role in expanding Teal’s market presence, guiding both marketing initiatives and preconstruction efforts that have supported the company’s continued growth. Under her leadership, Teal has significantly increased the size and complexity of its projects, with project budgets now reaching up to $60 million—an achievement realized within just ten years.


As Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, Jennifer brings more than 15 years of industry experience and a strategic, detail-oriented approach to business development, preconstruction, and client relations. She oversees the company’s commercial operations, including marketing, project pursuit strategy, and preconstruction services. Jennifer excels in cost estimation, project planning, and value engineering, ensuring that projects are thoughtfully developed before construction begins. Her strong analytical skills and forward-thinking perspective have contributed to the successful pursuit and launch of numerous high-profile projects while consistently meeting client expectations and budget goals. Jennifer’s collaborative approach with clients, partners, and internal teams strengthens relationships and reinforces Teal’s reputation for reliability, innovation, and excellence.


When she’s not working in Excel spreadsheets or Adobe software, Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors with her Labrador, Georgia, or tackling home improvement projects. She also loves traveling and exploring architecture around the world. Jennifer is active in industry organizations and volunteers with several nonprofit groups.
