The use of technology on our jobs is pertinent in the control of the project. Control via technology is required to ensure the safety of the workers and general public, quality control, project organization, and to ensure that the trades are put in a position to succeed so that the project can be delivered on time and within budget. Your project team will provide general direction for work, ensure quality of the installation, and establish procedures for communication from the top to the bottom of the organization chart.

Teal uses an online platform with Autodesk from preconstruction to construction. We use Building Connected, TradeTapp, and Build for technology and project management. This allows for the Client and Architect to be involved in all phases of the project without having to step on-site, as well as allows for quality control checks throughout all phases of construction.
