French Ellison is one of Teal’s continued client and we have constructed multiple facilities for the group. This facility is located in San Antonio and is a new two story office building which provides a multitude of beautiful views to the Texas hill county. The second story conference area has an industrial composition with an open ceiling exposing the structural steel and circular metal duct, the elevator is clad with metal panels, and wire handrail system adorns the staircase. Outside deck areas are provided on the second story and a plethora of glass allowing natural light filters the open concept floor plan. The interior is filled with custom millwork with solid surface countertops. Attached to the office building is a CMU garage and work space for the client’s car collection.
