The interior build out brought a little bit of the rustic Texas design into the heart of Downtown Houston. The construction was in an existing high rise modern designed structure that can be viewed from Main Street. Unlike some of the branch banks that we have completed with Frost this facility has a hefty portion of office space that needed to be built out to accommodate a larger group of personnel. The majority of the conference room walls are glass which displays the high-end finishes and allows for an abundance of sunlight in from the exterior. Unique features in this branch include the interior entry walls that are clad in wood veneer, extruded metal ceilings, and dark granite accent stone over the cased openings inset into the natural limestone walls.
