City of Pearland Hillhouse Rd Service Center

The Hillhouse Road Service Center project represents a significant expansion of the City of Pearland’s existing operations, maintenance, and parks facilities. Designed to support the city’s growing infrastructure needs, the project includes two tilt-wall buildings dedicated to Parks Operations and Fleet Services. The Fleet Services facility features 15 service bays, including specialized compressor and lubrication bays, along with parts storage, locker rooms, office space, and supporting auxiliary areas. The Parks Operations building includes four service bays, parts and chemical storage, and a dedicated office wing with multiple offices, a locker room, break room, and conference space.
Both facilities are equipped with epoxy flooring and state-of-the-art equipment, providing durable, high-performance work environments for city staff. Site improvements include the addition of over three acres of paving, new detention ponds, and expansion of existing drainage infrastructure, ensuring long-term functionality and resilience.
