McCoy's Building Supply
The new McCoy's Building Supply in New Caney is a ground-up commercial retail and distribution facility designed to support the growing demand for building materials throughout East Montgomery County. Constructed on an 8.7-acre site, the project combines retail, warehouse, and lumberyard operations into a highly functional facility that efficiently serves both professional contractors and homeowners.
The project consists of a 27,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) featuring an 18,000-square-foot retail showroom and office area, a 7,200-square-foot warehouse, and two 11,000-square-foot drive-through lumber canopies. Extensive site development included concrete paving, customer and employee parking, loading areas, utility infrastructure, site lighting, landscaping, and stormwater improvements to create a durable and efficient operation.
