The Medina County Annex is a two-story building with courtrooms & county offices that will serve the greater Medina County. The 40,000 SF building has two stories and includes two courtrooms and one commissioner’s court along with County offices. The exterior of the building is wrapped in stone masonry veneer and aluminum window frames with bullet resistant glazing. The Medina County Annex is home to the county clerk’s office, county auditor’s office and district court judge. The interior finishes of this courthouse include terrazzo flooring, acoustical ceiling tile and efficient storage shelving.
