The Brenham Police Headquarters is a new 2-story police station totaling approximately 26,000 square feet on a 1.5 acre site. The facility includes administrative offices, a community room and holding cells. Construction consisted of a structural steel building with a brick veneer and the design features a unique curved roof. During the preconstruction “buy-out” phase of the project we qualified and utilized local subcontractors, provided value-engineering to help the client save money and reach budget, and also facilitated meeting with several key subcontractors and the design team to expedite the schedules critical issues.
