It has a four shower/restrooms, with complete kitchen, and lounge area. There is a patio, with hook-ups for a complete outdoor kitchen, a workout room, and a bunker gear room. There is a 3,081 second floor storage, mechanical room, and electrical room. There is a three bay Apparatus equipped with a Magnegrip vehicle exhaust system. The building has a backup generator with dumpster pad with a complete storm system, and detention pond.
