Kinsel Toyota is a ground-up construction of a prototype Toyota dealership. Construction consists of a class A structural steel building with curtain wall and lit front entry portal sign. The customer waiting area presents high-end finishes not normal to the typical auto dealership including a two-way stone fireplace and wood veneer ceiling. The air-conditioned service bay contains 12 work bays and the Express Service has 6 quick bays. The dealership building and service center are located on a seven acre site with concrete paving and new carwash building that is open to the public.
