The new ground up Subaru facility included a showroom, sales office, and service center. The new service center is customer friendly with the ease of driving right into the waiting area without having to step out into any bad weather. The 11,130 SF service center has 14 vehicle maintenance stalls, fully air-conditioned and has four detail stations. The showroom can accommodate nine vehicles, customer lounge, sales cubicles and offices, as well as F&I manager spaces. The exterior façade is ACM panel, stone veneer, and glazing.
