The new Fort Bend County Sheriff Administrative Building is a 3-story, class A steel Structure in Richmond, Texas. The building will house the Administration, Criminal Investigations, and Patrol for the Sheriffs Office. Typical office interiors finishes including drywall, ceiling tile and grid, carpet, tile, VCT and paint are all in the scope of work for this project. Concrete paving will provide parking for 278 vehicles and also included will be irrigation and landscaping as well as a full site fence for security.
