New Houston facility for a pipe threading plant on a 28 acre site with 4 buildings totaling 90,000 SF. The buildings construction were pre-engineered metal buildings which also included a two-story masonry façade at the office and the site was built with 240,000 SF of post-tension concrete paving. Special attention was made for the foundations where the new pipe threading machines were placed to limit movement and accommodate the machines weight. Extensive planning was done to ensure adequate space for the movement of pipes to and from the threading building. The project was initially to be completed in 11 months and despite changes in design the project was completed a month early.
