The building was specially designed for the owner to accommodate their new facility which could not hold a drive thru teller. The design and aesthetics of the Boulevard location is completely different from all of the other stand-a-lone Frost Bank branch facilities. The materiality is kept consistent but the movement and shape of the architecture was revised to ensure the building stood out amongst the high rises surrounding it. Special attention had to be made for the construction logistics plan due to the site being very small, heavy trafficked street, and the ongoing construction of a mid-rise on the adjacent site. Coordination was made throughout the project with the Owner and other general contractor to ensure safety.
