The NERR Bay Education Center is now under construction. The new facility, located on Aransas County Navigation District property (between the ACND office and the entrance to the Rockport Beach Park), will be dedicated May 6. The center is not expected to be completed at that time, but the date coincides with NERR's anniversary.
