The Fine Arts addition included a new gymnasium and band hall to London Middle School. The building was built out of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) and CMU block with a structural steel secondary frame. Brick veneer, plaster, and glazing were used on the exterior envelope. The gymnasium interior has a concession with serving kitchen, custom trophy built ins, and other school pride logos to show their Pirate Pride. The band hall which was accessed through the gymnasium hobby and foyer included the main practice room, repair shop, sheet music library, ensemble rooms, multiple individual practice suites, and multiple storage areas with built-in for instrument and uniform storage.
