The tenant improvement project constructed a new office area and laboratory in a tilt wall business park. The lobby contained high end finishes which included a wood veneer wall with the client’s logo inset and a double curve furrdown with accent lighting. The testing laboratory facility included lab casework, fume hoods and other laboratory equipment. The existing mechanical and electrical service were upgraded to handle the new fume exhaust system and a 1600 amp electrical service.
